What Are You Visualizing?

In my most recent post I talked about how powerful the impact of visualization can be for achieving all we want in our lives. It is important for visualization to be fun, for it to feel good.

Here are some fun things I like to visualize:

I'm spinning...arms wide, smile on my face,  head lifted to the sun, and eyes closed in a field of wild flowers, among the tall sequoias, in the spray of a waterfall, or at the beach... a dress twirling around me, open to everything that comes, full of vibrancy and life...with beauty and love raining down on me from all directions...and fun...fun bursting out of every pour infecting anyone it reaches...making them burst into spontaneous laughter and dance.

Or... I'm on a private jet, in awe of my good fortune, headed somewhere new with fellow adventurers beside me, on a luxurious journey into an unexplored, wild, magical new land where everyone sparkles like fireflies.

And sometimes....I'm at Disney World...on space mountain with people I love dearly, giggling my face off, embracing the stars and remembering what it is like to experience my dreams come true for the first time.

What does it make you happy to think about?
How can you expand your dreams and think bigger?

MUCH BIGGER.
