Andrea Henkles, L.Ac., is a holistic healer, mind-body coach, and acupuncturist with over two decades of experience in guiding individuals toward vibrant health and balance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine, and she has studied Ayurveda and Yoga in India. Certified in Integrative Nutrition, Andrea combines Eastern Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and Energy Psychology to address the root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances.
She founded Centered Health Healing Arts in 2009 to create a space for comprehensive mind-body-spirit healing. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to embrace self-love and uncover the root causes of physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances.
Andrea believes that when we care for ourselves deeply, we unlock our fullest potential and create lives filled with balance, joy, and purpose. Andrea is also the author of Herman Heals His Heart, a children’s book that reflects her dedication to emotional well-being at every stage of life.
